The hotel's location near Victoria station was perfect for exploring the city. It was just a short walk to the station and in close proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, and attractions. The rooms were clean and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including en suite bathrooms, TVs, and tea and coffee making facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
Some rooms were noisy due to their location, which could disturb sleep for sensitive sleepers.

Great value for money and awesome location! The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. They even were pretty good too find and secure our forgotten passports. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel is located in a fantastic area, close to major attractions like Buckingham Palace and Victoria train station. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
We weren't given the option for a room with a view and felt a bit crammed in the basement room. It would have been nice if the hotel had offered to check for available rooms, especially since we were rewards members.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, as it is situated on an uphill slope near all transport links that can take you to all the main sights in this city. The cleanliness of the rooms is perfect, and the hotel facilities are great. The staff is cute and helpful in answering all our queries.
